The Word is Yeshua the Messiah
(Jesus the Christ)

from eternity past,
present, and future
(John 1)

Yeshua (Jesus the Christ) is The Word:

John 1:1 informs us,

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him nothing was made that was made.”

And in verse 14, we’re taught,

“And the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the (begotten) One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Furthermore, Revelation 19:11-13 instructs,

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he who sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and he doth judge and make war in righteousness. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name inscribed, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a garment dyed by dipping in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.”

“Truth” is a living being (Yeshua, or Jesus the Christ):

John 17:17:

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”

James 1:18:

“Of his own will he begat us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

1 Thessalonians 2:13:

We thank God without ceasing, because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually works also in you who believe

“Lord GOD” = Father God of the Godhead

“LORD God” = Jesus, the Word = by whom all things were created

(Several Bible translations and versions make makes this truth plain and obvious.)

Ephesians 3:9-11

“And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Yeshua (Jesus Christ): To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God, according to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Colossians 1:15-17

”[The Father’s dear Son] Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
... And he is the
head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.”

Hebrews 1:1,2

“God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds...”

Isaiah 48:16-17

“Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD [Father God], and his Spirit, hath sent me. Thus saith the LORD [Jesus], thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God [Jesus] which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go....”

Genesis 2:4,5

[Referencing to Genesis 1] These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, and every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew...”

Genesis 1:1-3 states, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth... And God said (God the Word said), Let there be light: and there was light.

v. 6   And God said, Let there be a firmament...

v. 7   And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament...

v. 8   And God called the firmament Heaven...

v. 9   And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

v. 10   And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

v. 11   And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

v. 12   ...and God saw that it was good. v. 13   And the evening and the morning were the third day.

v. 14   And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:  v. 15   And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

v. 16   And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

v. 17   And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,  v. 18   And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.  v. 19   And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

v. 20   And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

v. 21   And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

v. 22   And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.  v. 23   And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

v. 24   And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

v. 25   And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

v. 26   And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.

v. 27   So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

v. 28   And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

v. 29   And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed...”
